ME TIME is when you only think about yourself. You think about YOUR worriess, and YOUR feelings, and YOUR way of writing. It may sound silly, but sometimes, when you are alone, you can figure things out easier than when you are surrounded by chaos. I know my life is extremely chaotic. Having ME TIME gives me a chance to focus on what I love to do most. WRITE. I could write for hours, just rambling off anything that is in my mind. So set a time in your busy schedule, and have some ME TIME to write. I can guarantee you will feel much better by the time your ME TIME is over. Even if you feel that nothing is bothering you, I'm sure once you start "rambling", all those mixed emotions you have been hiding will jump out.
